Note to Director's Challenge Grant Reviewers: The hyperlink above demonstrates how we are able to post expression profiling results on the web so that visitors can dynamically search our database.  This database is an Microsoft Access database that currently contains over 8,000 records and will include finalized results concurrent with their publication.

Expression profiling of adipocytic neoplasia with custom cDNA microarrays.  RNA from malignant well differentiated liposarcoma and normal fat from a single subject was labeled with Cy5 (green) and Cy3 (red).  Shifts in color from yellow (50% green and 50% yellow indicate altered gene expression.  The location of the enlarged inset (lower left) is shown by an arrow.
